The Center for Human Genetic Research and the Cardiac Ultrasound Lab at MGH are looking for subjects and or their family members with Mitral Valve Prolapse. Subjects will be enrolled into a genetic study that will involve an echo-diagnosis of MVP and a one time blood draw of approximately 8 teaspoons. All participants that come to MGH will be reimbursed for parking. Time commitment will be no longer than 1 hour.
