• A Study of the Effects of Weight Loss Following Gastric Bypass Surgery on Plasma Natriuretic Peptide Response to Saline Infusion
Looking for Volunteers Interested in Weight Loss!

Brigham and Women’s Hospital Division of
Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Hypertension is
conducting a research study on how weight loss
affects the hormones that contribute to heart disease.
Currently looking for individuals between the ages
of 18 and 65 who are interested in losing weight.
Study involves 4 half-day study visits over 3-6
months in the Center for Clinical Investigation and
adherence to a fixed-salt diet for 4 weeks. Weight
loss counseling and 6 weeks of prepared meals
provided.
