• Does Your Asthma Bother You Even After You Take Your Inhaler?
You may qualify to participate in a research study if you:

-Are between 18-65 years of age
-Have asthma symptoms that limit your activities
-Take asthma medications containing steroids like Symbicort®, Advair® Dulera®, Flovent®, Qvar® or Pulmicort

ABOUT THE STUDY
If you meet the above criterion, you may be eligible to participate in a study testing a new, investigational medication. The study is 9 months long and involves 15 study visits. The medication has not yet been approved by the Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of asthma. Participants will receive the study medication or placebo (like a sugar pill) at no cost and will be compensated up to $1,000.

We are testing the medication to see if it will:
-Improve asthma symptoms
-Improve lung function
-Improve quality of life of asthmatics
-Be safe and not cause too many side effects
