• Effect of Acupuncture and Pain Medication on Radicular Pain Using QST
Acupuncture & Gabapentin Research Study

Goal: to compare the effect of acupuncture or Gabapentin (an FDA approved medication) in pain management.

You may qualify if you:
- are 18 – 65 years of age, and
- have had chronic neck or back pain for at least 2 months.

What to expect:
- maximum of 7 visits over 4 weeks
- 2 follow up phone calls
- hot and cold sensitivity tests
- urine drug screen
- questionnaires

Compensation will be provided.
