RESEARCH PROJECT ON EMOTION AND THINKING

· RIGHT-HANDED MEN AND WOMEN
· AGES 25-80
· RECOVERING ALCOHOLICS
(Sobriety period must be at least 4 weeks)
· NON-ALCOHOLICS
Screening will take place at the VA Hospital in Jamaica Plain. MRI scanning will take place at the MGH
Martinos Center for Biomedical Imaging in Charlestown.
Subjects will be compensated $15 per hour for interviews and testing, and if eligible, $25 per hour for
MRI brain scans. Travel expenses ($5 per visit) also are covered.
