Social and Emotional Adjustment in Adolescents with ADHD
Has your teenager been diagnosed with ADHD?
If so, they may be eligible to participate in a research study at Massachusetts General Hospital examining how social experiences and cognitive abilities affect emotional adjustment in adolescents with ADHD.
All eligible participants will be invited to come to MGH with a parent for a two and a half-hour study visit with one of our research staff. During this study visit, adolescent participants will complete an interview about their symptoms, measures of their social experiences, and tasks assessing cognitive abilities. The accompanying parent will also complete an interview and questionnaires about the adolescent. For participating, adolescents will be compensated $50 and their parent will be compensated $25.
Your teenager may qualify if:
They have been diagnosed with ADHD
They are between the ages of 13 and 17
